Clip from the Feasts of YaHuWaH Series- Yom Kippur (The Day of Atonement)

This clip deals with the commandment which states we must afflict our beings during Yom Kippur. Some say that fasting on Yom Kippur is only a tradition of men and has no founding in the Torah. These people are misinformed, the Torah does in fact teach that we are to fast during Yom Kippur.
